This is the color of the furniture--it's not the actual furniture.

This is the crib.

This is the changing table/dresser.

We have a new pet--a goat named Heidi. She is so cute and sweet! She knows her purpose--eat lots and lots of ivy!!
You know I still can't help but think about all the heartache and pain we went through to get to this point. Don't get me wrong I don't dwell on it--I just think about and feel overwhelmed that my Lord and Savior chose to bless me, of all people! My heart goes out to anyone struggling with infertility! It is something that I have said over and over--unless you experience it you can't begin to understand the pain. When I meet someone who has gong thru it I feel an immediate bond with them!
A poem I came across the other day--
The journey from infertility to family,
someone once said, is like taking a train ride;
Never knowing whether you'll reach your desired destination.
There are plenty of stops along the ride.
And each of the passengers makes it's own decision when its time to get off.
Some never need to take the train.
Others ride it for a lifetime.
But whether you reach your destination or not, pay attention to the journey.
If you will, as painful as it is, it may reward you in unexpected ways.
So, hopefully in 4 weeks we will find out what baby porter is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
